How good do you feel about yourself,
How often do you stand by the mirror and say to yourself “hello beautiful, hello handsome”
Loving yourself will help others love you, how? You wonder?
When I was much younger around the age of 14,
Whenever I stand by the mirror I see the errors in me, instead of a beautiful person , but there is this particular one that kept bothering me,
The fact that I had thin legs,made me feel less of myself ,reduced my self esteem and I lost all confidence , i felt my sister’s leg was more presentable so I rather wear a long trouser, skirt, or gown and this resorted to complex issues
But until I learnt to love and appreciate my self , i never felt good about my self at all, no matter the compliments I got from people I just felt they where all just lying to me, but my story changed when I started accepting myself and loving myself for who I am, legs are thin yes! But perfect and suit me best, it’s not a disadvantage at all, i started seeing top models with my kind of legs,and before you knew It, i started flaunting my let’s with pride.
TODAY LETS LOOK AT SOME TIPS ON HOW TO LOVE ONE SELF
See every part of your body as perfect as possible
Not allowing yourself be talked down by anyone no matter what he or she means to you
Let people around you know the way you want to be addressed and treated
And most of all you are perfect just the way you are!
God could not have created you any better
Never ever allow what or how people think about you define you or determine how you see or feel about youself
Dont forget you are a master piece
